Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the services offered by Analytikly LLC FZ ("Agentiklabs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, submitting a form, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
Agentiklabs provides performance-based B2B lead generation and appointment-setting services. We identify and qualify prospects against criteria agreed with each client in writing before work begins, and book qualified appointments directly onto the client's calendar. We are priced per qualified appointment, not on a flat monthly retainer.
2. Qualification Calls & Onboarding
Before any engagement begins, we hold a qualification call to define what counts as a "qualified" appointment for your specific business (industry, company size, budget authority, and decision-maker status, among other criteria) and to confirm mutual fit. We do not work with every business that requests a call, and reserve the right to decline an engagement following this call.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is per qualified appointment, not a bloated monthly retainer, and is not a fee for effort or activity. The specific price per appointment, package or batch size, invoicing schedule, and accepted payment methods for your engagement are set out in a separate signed service agreement or order form, which forms part of these Terms once executed. Nothing on our public website constitutes a binding price quote.
4. Qualified Appointment & Replacement Guarantee
An appointment is "qualified" only if it meets the criteria agreed in writing under Section 2. If a delivered appointment does not meet those criteria, or the prospect does not show up to the scheduled call, we will replace it at no additional charge. This replacement guarantee, not a refund, is our quality-control mechanism and is described in detail in your service agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to: provide accurate and complete qualification criteria and business information; make your sales team reasonably available to take booked calls; and provide timely feedback on delivered appointments so we can maintain the standard described in Section 4.
6. Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information through our website, chat widget, or booking calendar, you consent to be contacted by email, phone, or text message regarding your inquiry or engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy. Text message consent is optional, not a condition of purchase, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Agentiklabs or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the qualification process or engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of evaluating or delivering the services described in these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
While we guarantee that delivered appointments meet the agreed qualification criteria or are replaced, we do not guarantee any specific sales outcome, revenue, or conversion rate resulting from those appointments, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, and sales execution.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentiklabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable signed service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website for any user who violates these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
