- Information you give us directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, company details, and any message you submit through our chat widget, contact form, or booking calendar.
- Information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referral source, through standard web analytics and the visitor-identification tooling described in Section 4.
- Communications data, such as the content and metadata of text messages or calls, if you opt in to receive them as described in Section 3.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule qualification calls;
- Evaluate whether our services are a fit for your business;
- Deliver, manage, and improve our lead-generation and appointment-setting services;
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related updates by email, phone, or text (only where you've consented to text, per Section 3);
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of this website; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. SMS & Text Messaging Communications
If you submit your phone number through our chat widget or forms and check the applicable consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Agentiklabs related to your inquiry, scheduled appointments, or (only where a separate box is checked) promotional offers.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and understand how visitors use the site. We also use a website visitor-identification pixel (currently provided by Leadsy AI) that can associate site visits with business contact information available through that provider's data sources. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of this site function.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on trusted third parties to operate this site and deliver our services. As of the effective date above, these include:
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, for our chat widget, form submissions, and SMS/text communications;
- Calendly, for scheduling qualification calls;
- Leadsy AI, for website visitor identification;
- Netlify, for website hosting; and
- Google Fonts, for typography.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the independent practices of these providers, and we encourage you to review their policies directly.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. You can exercise these rights, opt out of text messages (Section 3), or opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting us at a@agentiklabs.org.

This website and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
